One of the driving forces behind my success has always been philanthropy. It's extremely important for me to give to people in need whenever and however I can.

I was greatly moved after hearing Scott Harrison speak in Portland last year and vowed to "Give Up My Birthday" to help his amazing water projects in Africa and beyond.
What moved me most was seeing the girls taken out of school because they had to spend all day hauling water instead of learning. My heart broke.
And then there were those who had horrible physical ailments deformities just because they didn't have clean water.
