David helped fund the Yellow Thunder Drilling Rig

So here's the deal. On September 30th, I'm turning 25.

Pretty awesome right? Right!

However, this year I wanted to do something different. I've spent a lot of time being thankful for things that I've been given in life and trying to not want things that I don't need. That's why this year I want to give up my birthday to help others that are in need.

Enter charity: water, a project that is raising money to give clean water to every person on the planet.

So what does this mean for you?

I'm asking for $25 from everyone I know -- and every penny of the money raised will go directly to fund clean water projects in developing nations. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll be able to see the communities we've helped!

My goal is to raise $1000 by my birthday, September 30th.

Please join me to make this birthday count.

We raised $1,330!
