MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR MY BIRTHDAY!

Read Mission Statement

With my 21st birthday coming up on February 15th, I thought I would use it as an opportunity to run this charity. For 21 years I have been able to drink clean water that many other people have NEVER had access to. Being a white, middle-class woman in America makes it hard sometimes to realize that there are others in countries who are not as lucky. We are so privileged here that we take every drop of water for granted. But as I've grown older, I've opened my eyes. I'm taking this chance to reach out to my friends, family, and small internet following at an attempt to make a difference. Whether it's a $1 donation, or you just share the charity to others, I (and the people receiving the water) will be very grateful. The goal is $2100, since I'm turning 21. I hope we'll be able to at least come close to that! Much love to all of you.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
