charity: water is a nonprofit organization bringing clean and safe water to people around the world. We work with local partners to implement sustainable, community-owned water projects and prove each one with photos and GPS coordinates.

    This campaign is sponsored by Valley Elementary's 4th grade class. After reading an article in our current news magazine, we were overwhelmed with emotion and wanted to make a difference for those less fortunate in the world without access to clean water. So we made posters to hang in our school, donated a lot of our own money, and had several group and individual candy sales. In total we finally met our goal of $1,000 and we are very happy to donate it to charity:water!
