Let's end the water crisis in our lifetime
I am a writer and educator who grew up with no indoor plumbing in our home. We carried water to the house for all our needs but it wasn't miles away, it was good well water, and I didn't have to miss school to carry water like so many women and children do around the world. Water is life and I give to charity:water because every penny I give goes to a water project that will help someone lead a healthier life with more opportunities to accomplish their dreams.

charity: water is a nonprofit organization bringing clean and safe water to people around the world. We work with local partners to implement sustainable, community-owned water projects and prove each one with photos and GPS coordinates.

    Okay friends, family, pets, and all living things-my campaign is 25% there -to raise money that goes (100% of it!) to dig wells for those who don't have access to clean water. You know you want to be a part of this. You'll feel better and, it's water! Everyone needs it.
