I know that most of you won't have seen me for many years. I'm choosing to donate my birthday to this cause. Traditionally donors give $1 for every year of the campaigner's birth. I don't expect that, because I'm middle aged, and everyone has a life that requires financial prudence. I'm asking that people who are in a position to give do so to the best of their means. If you can't afford to donate (a position I've been in most of my life), there will be no hard feelings, I'll ask of you to share this campaign or do something to support your favorite cause.
