This campaign brought clean water to Lamincwida Primary School, Uganda and 1 other project.

Every day, 1,400 kids under the age of 5 die from water-related illnesses. Let's help change that!

My name is Nathaniel and I am a 7th grade student hosting a 3v3 soccer tournament for middle-school boys and girls along with a silent auction. 100% of the money raised from these events will go to build clean water wells for people around the world.

My online silent auction already ended, but if you see something that isn't marked "sold", then I can probably still sell it to you: www.32auctions.com/kicks4water Email me at kicksforcleanwater@gmail.com to discuss this further. All the proceeds from the auction go directly to charity:water too.

I have done many things to raise money for charity:water since I was 8 years old. I have given up my birthday gifts to raise money five years in a row, as well as sold popsicles, and collected fountain coins from a local mall. So far, I have raised more than $5,000 and I have seen the impact of clean water. I feel that a fun soccer tournament is a great way to raise more money.

People in developing countries often walk many hours to get dirty water, then many hours back, lugging a heavy bucket of water. Many women and children are deprived of education and work because they spend up to 6 hours a day getting water. The water they bring back is full of germs and disease, and has a chance of killing them and their family. People die from conditions that would be easy to treat here in the U.S., such as diarrhea or parasites. We can change that!

It's that time of year again and I am asking for donations to help give people clean water for life. For the seventh year in a row I ask that you donate instead of giving me a birthday gift. You can donate to my campaign here. https://donate.charitywater.org/nathaniel-drexler/nathaniel-s-15-birthday-campaign#
Remember that only $30 can give somebody clean water for life.

    Thanks you so much,
    Nathaniel Drexler
