There are few things that bring me as much joy as those first few minutes walking into the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH. Kids and adults alike, speechless behind giant grins and unadulterated wonder. With my twenties giving way to a new decade, I wanted to do two things

1) I wanted to celebrate happiness that way with those who mean the most to me and
2) I wanted a way to amplify the power of that happiness into a tangible gift to those who need it most.

And so for the celebration of my 30th birthday, I am building CharlieLAND and a one night only theme park extravaganza.

The idea behind CharlieLAND is that you can be happy while making others happy simultaneously simply by purchasing tickets to the rides and attractions.

Please keep in mind, $20 provides clean drinking water to one person for a year. Imagine that.

There is a moment in life when that certain synapse fires in our brain muting our child voice. Blind joy is replaced by self consciousness and cynicism.
My birthday wish is that you find your inner child voice that gave you permission to laugh uncontrollably, dream boundlessly and run wildly and bring that version of yourself to CHARLIELAND. Because that you will help quench the thirst of thousands of children across the world.
