There are 800 million people in the world living without access to clean water. Let's change that!
Our class is learning about our world's freshwater and as a class, we just found out that there are people not as fortunate as we are and don't have access to clean water like we do. When we learned that, we had to do something! So we decided to start a campaign as a whole 5th grade to raise money to change this problem!
We are celebrating our town's 200th anniversary, so we set our goal at $200. Donate to our campaign to help us reach our goal and help make a difference for the kids that don't have clean water like we do!
I'm so proud of our fifth graders who raised this money with no other incentive than the joy it brings to help others in need. I can't believe how much money you raised all on your own! It's my pleasure to donate $13 more to bring us to an even $800! You have helped 40 people get clean water! WOW!! I could not be prouder to be your teacher!
Cash Donations raised by: Autumn for donating clothes, Morgan for doing extra chores, and Xander for taking care of someone's plants while they were away. Great job guys!!
Cash donation received by Jake Vandevoorde on behalf of Xander Van Horn and all of his good deeds.
I LOVE MS.HENRY! I appreciate you are taking into consideration other people not just in your community, but in other countries by giving them clean water. Thanks for making the world a better place. Your're awesome!
