Hello everyone,

I attended the INBOUND Marketing Conference this week and was very affected by Scott Harrison's closing keynote presentation on Thursday. Scott is the founder of charity:water and did an incredible job communicating the scope and magnitude of the water crisis in many under-developed nations. Hundreds of millions of people are suffering from devastating physical ailments due to a lack of clean water, and because of the effort required to gather water at all, many men, women and children lose opportunities for earning a better living, and cannot receive a consistent education.

Help me play a small part in solving the water crisis -- donate to my campaign.

100% of everything we raise will directly fund water projects. And when those projects are finished, charity: water will send us proof in pictures and GPS coordinates, so we can see the actual people and communities we impacted.

During the Inbound presentation, Scott stated we should offer a creative incentive. I decided to make this campaign a fight for better water AND air, and if my goal is reached I will match the goal amount with a donation to the American Lung Association, which is another charity I care deeply about. When I was Bar Mitzvahed, I said in my speech I would donate 10% of the money I received from family members to that charity. It was a long time ago but I don't think I actually did that. The goal amount is that 10%, plus some interest accrued over the past 16 years. :-).
