Hey Family, and Friends!! <3

My 24th birthday is almost here!! This year, I wanted to do something a little differently! After 24 short, awesome, years on earth, I realized that I have everything that I need and more! <3 And I want to THANK YOU for being a part of my life no matter how big or small a role you played/play! ( Even if I haven't seen or spoken to you in years, I appreciate you so much! ) <3

This year I wanted to celebrate with Charity: Water and pledge my birthday for a great cause! After learning that millions of kids around the world don't live to see their fifth birthday because they don't have access to clean, safe drinking water. It opened my eyes because clean water is something I so easily take for granted. I couldn’t imagine a life where I would have to spend hours and hours and miles and miles, to fetch dirty water that can potentially get me and the ones I love sick! It’s just unimaginable to me! Water is a basic necessity that everyone should have access to and I know that we can help change that!

So what can we do about this?! Well I’m glad you asked! ;) I’m asking everyone I know to please donate $24, or donate what they can to the cause, even if its just $1 or $5, every dollar counts! My super duper goal is to raise $2,400, which can bring 120 people clean water!!

100% of ALL the money raised will directly fund clean water projects in developing countries. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll know the locations and names of the communities we helped.

So let's rally together and donate so we can give others the gift of clean water that they deserve! It would make this the best birthday ever! Thank you so so much!!
