Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty.

Here in the United States, we use about 400 billion gallons of water each day. That means the average family of four is responsible for about 400 gallons per day!

But imagine if you had no clean water. Imagine sweating and straining to haul contaminated water back to your family. Imagine suffering from preventable illnesses like worms, dysentery or other diarrheal diseases.

After learning more about charity: water's work, I know we can make a difference in the global water crisis. I'm started a campaign in September with the speed and conditioning camps I started. For each girl that came to a session, $1 was donated to our campaign. We also designed sweatshirts and 100% of the proceeds is going towards fresh water. We are going to raise $5,000 to build clean water projects for people in need and are already more than halfway there. Camps and sweatshirts are still going strong, but when I first found out about charity: water I also wanted to pledge my birthday. So instead of presents this year, I would love if people would give the gift of fresh water.

I'm looking for anyone who can help me.

The great thing about donating to charity: water is that 100% of our money goes directly to the water projects, and when the projects are finished, they'll show us the communities we've helped.
