I have an ambition to visit all 34 provinces in Indonesia before turning 25 years old. And this month, I'm reaching the end of this amazing journey: will finally visit the 34th province, Gorontalo, on my upcoming birthday April 26.

I don’t usually ask for presents (you know it!), but this year I’ve decided to make an exception. April 26 this year will be a very important moment for me. A milestone. Where I'm turning 25 years old and complete my 34 provinces mission.

So I’m asking all my friends and family, *just* for this year, to give me a gift by donate to charity: water and give clean water to people who need it. All I ask is $10 gift from each of you (of course it's up to you!).

Did you know that almost a billion people on the planet don’t have access to clean drinking water? Every day, 5,000 kids die from water-related illnesses before they reach their fifth birthday. But it doesn't have to be that way. We know we can change it, and we WILL change it.

100% of every dollar/rupiah you donate to my #34before25 campaign will be used to build clean water projects in developing countries. charity: water funds their operating costs separately through a group of private donors, so 100% of all public donations will go directly to people in need. This is exactly why I’m a big fan of charity: water for a very long time now. charity: water will also let me know where the money you give goes and I'll make sure you get the update too.

I also will send a postcard from Gorontalo (Indonesia) for each of you who donate, as a thank you for help me to convince they who are not as lucky as we are, that even when they lose themself in fear and despair, in routine and constancy, in hopelessness and tragedy, they can still find a kind and loving gesture, or subtle encouragement, or a loving embrace, or an offer of comfort.
