Hello everyone. I've done it, another year! Thankfully for me it was easy considering everyday I live with the ability to have my basic necessities met. 1/6 of the world's population is not as lucky as we are. The opportunity to turn on clean water is not possible for nearly 1 billion people on this planet.
This year instead of asking for typical gifts, I would truly prefer that you donate to my campaign to help build a well for those in need. The suggested donation is $1 for every year that I am celebrating but please do not let that stop you from donating $5 for every year or even $1 for all 23 years.
All it takes is $20 to give clean water to someone in need for 20 years. When you think about it, the cost of your weekly lattes is enough to save a life for 2 decades.
