By the Grace of God, I humbly launch my third birthday pledge with charity: water.

Water is a basic human right. CLEAN water is what allows you and I to live a luxurious life. It is because of safe drinking water we are able to embark on a lifelong journey of learning and growing. We don't think twice about how drastically different and challenging our lives would be if we lacked access to safe drinking water.

Devastatingly, many people around the world don’t have this luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. These are preventable deaths. Luckily, there are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters which help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I began fundraising to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world. Clean water means we help protect the livelihood of millions worldwide. We give a daughter the chance to complete school instead of having to trek 40+ miles each day for contaminated water. Clean water helps maintain good health, allowing parents to provide for their families by attending work regularly. Water is key to survival and opportunity. I want you to join me in supporting life with charity: water.

*100% of the money donated to this campaign will go directly into the field. These funds will be used to build clean water projects. When they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped!
