Yes, this again! This year's campaign is funding water projects in India. I could go into length about it, but the video below explains things much better than I ever could.
The cool part of your donation is that 100% (one hundred percent!!) of your funds go towards clean water projects in India and in a little over a year, charity: water will provide you with updates on exactly which water project you funded. I was blessed with the opportunity to intern here a few years ago so I've seen firsthand how brilliant these people are. The people who work at charity: water are devoted to the task of building water projects and making sure that those water project never fall into disrepair. I've never seen a group of people more passionate about a cause and it's that passion that ensure that the money you donate is spent wisely.
Thanks so much for celebrating my birthday with me and supporting charity: water's September Campaign 2013! Those of you who know me but at all know that this organization is quite close to my heart and I am sincerely grateful for every penny that you are able to donate. So come on and give a little!
