There are 800 million people in the world living without access to clean water. Let's change that!

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, 5,000 kids die from water-related illnesses before they reach their fifth birthday. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand Filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

Inspired by the Pirate Coast SUP Co's "Paddle for Water," Back to Basics Health and Wellness has started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and we're looking for anyone who can help us.

We are asking for a donation of $25 (Suggested minimum per person) and Back to Basics will provide in exchange a complete chiropractic examination including one set of x-rays and a detailed report of findings in our office with Dr. Tom Hewitt, DC, CSCS or Dr. Ryan Samuelian, DC. It's a win-win! You get a thorough spinal health check-up and at the same time help fund a Charity: water project.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
