August 4th 2012 is my exact 1/2 birthday in all respects....I reach my permanent 29th year of age! (George says this is very special math involved.) And this year is gonna be different. No one has ever helped me celebrate my permanent 29th birthday before...but today...you have your chance. I don't need more stuff.

God has blessed me with an abundance of stuff, and love and well, George!

However I have found a way to make a difference in other peoples lives that I'm excited to share with you...

I found out that millions of people don't live to see their fifth birthdays. And why? Because they don't have access to clean, safe water.

So I'm not scared of turning 29 anymore. In fact, I'm celebrating my birthday like never before.

I'm asking for $29 from everyone I know -- and every penny of the money raised will go directly to fund clean water projects in developing nations. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll be able to see the communities we've helped!

My goal is to raise however much you desire by my birthday, August 4, 2012.
