When your 5 year old come home from pre-school and says "Momma, did you know that some people don't have water? And some people only have dirty water?", you teach him about charity:water.

A few weeks later a small pile of change appeared next to Benjamin's bed. A few nights later the pile had grown. "What are you doing with the change buddy?" "I'm collecting it so you can give it to those people that give water to people that need it."

Benjamin has been collecting loose change, earning money for doing chores and encouraging family to donate their loose change to his "water fund" since February.

Help us take his mission to bring clean water to those that need it from a jar on his nightstand to the next level!

Imagine not having clean water for your child to drink on a hot summer day. Not having water to wash dishes or clothes. Or only having dirty water to give your baby a bath.

Benjamin is excited with he finds a quarter on the sidewalk, so not amount is too small.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
