I was looking forward to celebrate my birthday on April 2nd but as with everything else, Corona has kind of cancelled it. One thing the Corona Virus has reminded us of is the importance of cleanliness and hygiene. Everybody is saying it. Wash your hands! But...imagine you had no clean water to drink let alone wash your hands with. That’s the reality for 785 million people across the planet. I know resources are tight during this time but compassion has been
so abundant. For my birthday, I am asking that people donate to the campaign rather than give me gifts. Normally I would want a puppy. This year, for my birthday, I want to be part of the solution in giving people clean water.

If your birthday is during the global pandemic too, maybe you want to join me. For your birthday, ask everyone to give to the “Corona can’t cancel my birthday” campaign and lets celebrate our birthday’s by giving back.

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.
