Every year for my birthday I am absolutely spoilt with love but this year I want to share it.

After travelling around Sri Lanka in the last few weeks it reminded me how important bottled water is. Without it, we couldn't travel these amazing countries. However millions of people around the world don’t have that luxury or even the luxury of clean water. 663 million people in the world live without clean water and every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water. Access to clean water isn't just necessary for good health but also education and the economy. In Africa alone, women spend 40 billion hours a year walking for water meaning they don't have time for education or work.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions and together we can make a difference. My wish is that from donating my 25th birthday to this great cause we can give 25 people access to clean water. How cool is that!!

It will be the best birthday present ever to know that together we made a difference!

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped :)
