goal
There are so many things that we take for granted everyday. Imagine, if you can, watching your home and way of life being torn apart in front of your eyes, then add in the suffering that comes from not even having clean water to drink. For me, it's unfathomable and I wish for nothing more than these children to be able to say this same thing. Nobody deserves to know the devastation that accompanies the absence of life's most basic need.
That being said and the fact that there is no better time for wishes then birthdays- help make my birthday wish come true. This year, as I turn the big 21, I am asking that instead of giving gifts you help me to reach my goal to raise $1500 (or more!) Make a donation and 100% of it will go to the clean water project in the Central African Republic. EVERY little bit counts- any donation at all brings Charity Water one step closer to giving these people clean water. Ever hear the expression "the straw that broke the camel's back"? Think of that but with a twist- be the dollar that ends our world's water crisis. I promise you it's possible.
-"Never underestimate the power of a small but committed group of people to change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
Love you all- thank you for your donations,
-Beth
