Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!
But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections, and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world. Donations to charity water help build these types of projects for those in need.
For our wedding, Jory and I ask that you consider donating to our charity water campaign in lieu of getting us any gifts. Jory and I are blessed beyond measure, and, inspired by Rachel Beckwith, (see her video here https://www.charitywater.org/stories/videos/), would like nothing more than to donate our wedding to charity water.
Anything you can give is a huge help, and 100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects. When they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
Great seeing you both at the party Sat night -- we wish you both many happy & healthy years together. Our Best,
Love......Monica & Neal
Congrats y'all! Looking forward to seeing you & celebrating in person! (Dad will look forward to a facetime, sometime, soon)! Happy wife, happy life ... ah, ah ... I mean happiest future to you two! Love, Simone & BIll!
What a terrific way to honor each other by honoring others. Love to you both!
