Everyone cares about the many and overwhelming human rights issues that we know exist in the world and we'd care about all the ones we don't know about if we had time in a day to to fit that much tragic reality into our schedules. It's hard to figure out how to help or even grasp what's going on but the truth is, sometimes money is really the best place to begin. It's an action that leads to more action and can have consequences that are life-changing. If you have $5 or $10 or $20 (or more!!) to spare, this is one place you can do it and know you're making a change that really matters. Everyone deserves to be healthy; without clean water there is no health. Give water. And for everything you have that you take for granted, give thanks.
