Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!
But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.
I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
We made it! I was very "hangry" during this fast, especially when my history class had a party and I couldn't eat the food! At the Lock-In, we drank water and apple juice, and played games and watched movies. We prayed for people who need clean water and learned why it's so important. Then, at 6:30pm we broke our fast with chicken noodle soup and sandwiches. I also had a donut and soda at home. Thank you, everyone, for supporting me and Charity Water!
Hello Everyone! We have started fasting! My last meal was at 12:30pm. I'm now drinking water. I feel "negative" and annoyed right now. Hunger does that to people, but I'm sure I'll feel better when we break our fast. Thanks to you, I raised $273 which will help 9 people get clean water! Our Youth Group has raised $6302 so far. I'm going to the Church Lock-In now. I will update you when I get home. Bye for now!
