Dear Friends and Family,

This coming November 9th, our beloved Eunjee will be turning 30 years old! The past few months I've been thinking about different ways to celebrate this special occasion.

While brainstorming and trying to think of creative ways to make her 30th birthday special, I came to the conclusion that I want her birthday to be very meaningful in an eternal way. I didn't want to just get her a cake and a nice gift that she's been eyeing. I want her birthday to make a difference in other peoples lives because of how blessed we are to have Eunjee in ours.

I couldn't imagine my life without her as my wife and best friend. The reality for many peoples lives around the world is that parents have children who are likely to never make it to 30 years old. Lack of clean water and health care prevent them from growing old and experiencing the blessings that we have in abundance. I am more than blessed by God to have my wife with me for many more years and I want that same reality to be the case for people around the world who are needy.

In honor of Eunjee's birthday I am going to donate $3000 to charity:water, $100 for every year of her life. This is my donation in celebration of Eunjee's birthday, as a blessing to others around the world to hopefully better their lives, but most importantly as an offering of worship to our God who calls us to love the needy.

The goal I set for this campaign is $6000 which will bring clean water to 200 people! I invite you as you feel led to join me in this birthday campaign. I hope that our friends and family can match our offering and together change 200 peoples lives in Jesus name!

Please do not feel pressured to give. If you'd prefer not to contribute, I'm sure Eunjee would be overwhelmed with love to receive a birthday card from you.

If you would like a suggested donation, $30 may be appropriate :) $1 for each year of her life! If you do end up contributing please use the comment section to leave her a nice note as well!

Lastly please keep this a secret! I will reveal this project to her on her actual birthday.
