Every day, 5,000 kids under the age of 5 die from water-related illnesses. Jacob wants to help change that!
Jacob's birthday is almost here and he's super excited to celebrate with you. Jacob wants to use his 6th birthday to make the world better for other kids by making sure they can also have access to clean, safe drinking water. He was thrilled to see the progress of the well his brother Ben & friends contributed and he wants to help as well. Over the next 2 years, you will be able to see the process of building the well like we have done with this project: https://my.charitywater.org/bens-8th-bday.
Jacob is hoping to raise $300 towards building a well and everyone who donates online will get GPS coordinates and updates as it is created. You even get to see photos of the well, including the villager's happy faces. It's really cool and Jacob is excited to see how his birthday well will look. If every party guest can donate $6 or $20, Jacob will reach his goal.
