We were made to help and love on one another. I believe that. I think there is unique purpose for each of us in our own versions of the human experience but we share the gift that is serving our fellow man and woman. A life without service begins to feel empty in a hurry. That kind of life usually leads to poor decisions and worse outcomes. I have been there. Scott Harrison, the founder of charity: water, has been there. God led Scott to starting this amazing organization which is my personal favorite charity in the world because of its incredible story.

"Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world."

I want to pledge my birthday to this amazing charity because 100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped. We get to see our money working to make the world a better place. I've been donating $25/month since June while I've been 25 years old. The updates including photos & videos that charity: water has sent me remind me I don't need that money. It's just paper. Water is what people need. Let's make a difference.
