We are unbelievably lucky.
50% of schools all around the world don’t have access to clean water- something most of us take for granted. Upon realizing the prevalence of this crisis, Issaquah High School set out to make a difference. If we meet our goal of raising $5000, we can fund the construction of a well that will change the lives of 250 people forever.
But we can't do it alone.
The name “Issaquah” originates from the sound native birds made as they flew over water. Throughout our city's history, water has been intertwined with the very fabric of our community; it has let us develop and prosper. Clean water has been essential to our past and present. Together, we can make it part of someone else’s future. Thank you.
