This year, I am giving up "my Christmas." It seems I really don't want or need anything. These last few months, with so much life changing events taking place in our lives, Bret and I have realized how truly blessed we are. God is amazing! Each year we provide gifts to children in Mexico, as well as help a family in our own community. We are not asking for praise for doing that, for we should all be serving those in need. We feel we are just doing what God wants us to do...to be like Him.
But, this gift is different. This gift saves lives of little children. This gift helps entire families and villages. This is truly a remarkable gift that you and I take for granted over and over each day. The average person that you and I can help struggles to find 5 gallons of water a day. I can't even wash one load of laundry or take a shower with that amount!
So this year, let's all give to help people that are really in need. Clean water isn't on any of our Christmas lists and it shouldn't have to be on theirs.
Give whatever you can, even if you have to sacrifice a little, but please give something. We have the power to change a life together!
Thanks, Merry Christmas and may God bless you.
We are so happy to support this cause! Alisa, Ryan & Keeli
thank you for being you!
