Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.

So often I wish I could do something meaningful, something that has impact. Something that will make a true tangible impact. I have found it. Many of you I am sure are aware of the amazing impact of the organization charity: water. I have given to them from time to time in the past but, never made a full commitment. This year that changes. It is time that I commit. It is time that I do what I can to make a difference. I made a $30/ month commitment to help bring clean water and decided that I needed to do what I could to so I started this campaign and gave another $30 one time gift. So I am asking you to join me.
