There are 748 million people in the world living without access to clean water. Let's change that!

Guys! My birthday is in a week! I'm not usually excited about getting older, but this year I'm really thankful to have lived another happy and blessed year. Because this will be my last year in my 20's, I really wanted to find a way to make it count.

I learned about Charity:water a few years ago. This organization is awesome because 100% of the profits go straight to the cause of clean water for communities in need. I was doing some research recently and learned that millions of kids around the world don't live to see their fifth birthday because they don't have access to clean, safe drinking water. We can help change that.

I am asking for donations for this cause instead of candy or presents or cards this year. Every penny of the money raised will go directly to charity: water to help fund clean water projects in developing countries. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 21 months). That means we'll know the locations and names of the communities we helped.

As an added incentive the wonderful people (my awesome coworkers and family) at Miller Blueberry have agreed to partner with my cause. If you bring in proof of your donation (in any amount) I will personally joyfully go pick a pound of blueberries free of charge as a thank you for your financial contribution.

I am humbled and excited for this opportunity to start my final year in my 20's by helping a great cause. Please take the time to help, every dollar counts.
