This year, I wanted to do something a little different for the holidays.

12 days before Christmas…no holiday cards or gifts but I wanted to raise awareness to one of my favorite charities. Charity: Waters.

I was introduced to Scott and his mission two months ago at a live event and I was so moved by the stories he told, I knew I had to get involved.

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink –and it is clean.

But thousands of people around the world do not have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help bring awareness and a true gift this holiday season…Supporting an amazing charity who is building these types of projects around the world. I am looking for anyone who would like to help such an important cause.

Please bring clean water to those in desperate need and donate to my campaign - anything you can give is a huge help. My goal is to help 100 people this holiday season.

Unlike most charities, 100% of the money donated to Charity: Waters will be used to build clean water projects. When they are complete, Charity Water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.

Together we can make a difference and start to put an end to this global dirty drinking water crisis.
