Every day, 5,000 kids under the age of 5 die from water-related illnesses. We are gonna help change that!
Our birthday is almost here. We are very excited to turn 2 but this year we really want other kids that are turning 2 or 3 or 4 to live happy and healthy. We recently learned that millions of kids around the world don't live to see their fifth birthday because they don't have access to clean, safe drinking water. We can help change that.
We are asking for our age in dollars (so since there are 2 of us we are asking for $4) from everyone we know. Every penny of the money raised will directly fund clean water projects in developing countries. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll know the locations and names of the communities we helped.
