In many places and for many people, time and effort is required to get even dirty water for drinking and washing. While it is unreasonable and impossible that any one person should bear the burden of the 1,400 children who die every day because of contaminated water, it is nonetheless unconscionable for each of us, living in our luxury, to do nothing when we can do something.

This charity builds wells and clean water infrastructure in places where the only option is dirty water. In those places, accessibility of clean water not only provides a crucial baseline of health, but also empowers those people who are now free to improve their lives and their communities in other ways.
