This year I don't want any presents for my 33rd birthday (June 25), instead, I'd like to raise $500 to help struggling communities gain access to safe drinking water.

Many people around the world don’t have the luxury of clean water -- something I/we take for granted living in the United States. We turn on our faucets and can drink care free knowing that our water supplies won't make us sick. Yet every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. It doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world and I'm looking for your help.
