Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

Unfortunately many millions of people around the world still don’t have access to one of life's most basic needs, clean water. Daily an average of 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world. Charity Water is an amazing organization that is doing amazing work to end this problem.

I would like to dedicate my 30th birthday to supporting this amazing organization. I have a need for nothing, but many people in this world are not nearly as fortunate. If you feel compelled to buy a gift for my birthday, please spend that money here and support this important cause. 100% of the money that's donated will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, Charity Water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.

If we are able to raise my goal of $900, thirty new people will gain access to clean water. In other words, if you are able to donate $30, you would will secure clean for 1 person. Literally the cost of 1 tank of gas can help secure clean water and potentially save 1 person's life. If we hit the goal of $900, 30 people new people will gain access to clean drinking water. That would be 30th birthday gift I can get fired up about and is really something worth celebrating! Thank you!
