Walk out your door, get a spoonful of mud, mix in a glass of water - now DRINK IT, share it to your kid too ….. Can’t do that? .... Why?

Unlike you, many families don't have a choice. Actually they do have one - Drink dirty water and survive a few more days.....OR...die waiting for clean water!

I just found out that millions of people don't live to see their 5th birthday. And why? Because they didn't have access to clean, safe water.

So I'm not scared of turning 30 anymore. In fact, I'm celebrating my birthday like never before.

I'm asking for donations from everyone I know - and every penny of the money raised will go directly to fund freshwater wells in developing nations. Even better, every dollar is "proved" when the projects are complete, and photos and GPS coordinates are posted using Google Earth.

My goal is to raise $1000, or more, by my birthday on Sep 18, 2011. I cut the ribbon by adding the first $101 .....will you? Please consider helping me by making donations of any amount, as every $1 is valuable.
