Every year the holiday season sparks something inside all of us that inspires us to give. This year, we're giving up our Christmas presents and asking our loved ones to give clean water instead...and we hope you will too. Since 2012, many of you have generously helped us raise over $20,000 which has provided access to clean water for over 1,500 people in several communities of Ethiopia. We couldn't be more grateful for your support and we hope you're fulfilled knowing you've made an impact on the water crisis. This year our goal is to share the charity:water story with 100 new supporters. In addition to your financial support, which we are always grateful for, we're also asking you to spread the word by telling your friends and family about the water crisis and how we are working to solve it or even joining our efforts by becoming part of our fundraising team! It's super simple to set up your own page and share the facts (just click the "join the team" button below). For the first 30 people that join our team we will donate $30 to your campaign to kick off your fundraising efforts which brings clean water to one person. Asking for the gift of clean water makes shopping for you easy for your friends and family. :) Through charity:water's 100% model- where 100% of public donations are used to fund clean water projects with an accounting and proof for where every dollar gets spent in the field, you can feel confident that you are promoting a trustworthy cause.

Now nearly 663 million people are living every day without access to clean water.
