Dear well wishers,

Delighted to kick off this campaign, my names are, Osman Mukisa , Director and founder of Project Aid Uganda, a non government organisation that was established to transform lives of the beautiful citizens of Uganda, especially the youth's elderly and the rest at large.

Having had a strategy conversation with my team and we found out that, a third of Ugandan's lack access to fresh water i,e that's a general problem, so we at Project Aid Uganda decided to kick off our charity work with health and sanitation support because you can't transform people's lives without them being healthy.

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

Many people in Uganda don’t have that luxury. Every day hundreds of children and beyond die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and Biosand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects in Uganda, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
