22 March is World Water Day! Usually around this time of year I click "donate $100," and spend a couple hours feeling good about myself. This year I thought I'd do something different, with the support of my community - I want to raise $10,000 to sponsor a water project - something that will provide water for a community or school. I spent several years living and working in remote parts of the world, and have seen firsthand the effects of inaccessibility to water. It's something I feel strongly about, and I hope you all will be able to get involved.
100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
