Join other personal trainers who are exercising for a cause and run your own Water Warrior workout event.
Your event can be as simple as filling up containers with 40 pounds of water (the amount many people have to carry several miles each day) and challenge your clients to do relay races with the jugs of water.
By holding an event such as your Water Warrior workout you can ask your clients to help you fundraise to donate towards the cause and post your photos on the Exercise for a Cause website.
With the support of personal trainers the world wide just a few dollars CAN add up fast!
As a Water Warrior, your goal is to help us raise $5,000 to build a freshwater well in a village and provide clean drinking water for 250+ people.
