On March 6th, I'm turning 28 (AHHH!).

I normally try to do nothing for my birthday, it kind of stresses me out to be honest. However, one of my good friends (HI STACI!) recently told me about charity : water and I knew instantly this is how I wanted to celebrate the big 28.

Creeping towards 30 is scary, but millions of people don't even live to see their fifth birthdays. And why? Because they don't have access to clean, safe water.

So I'm not scared of 28 anymore. In fact, I'm celebrating my birthday like never before.

I'm asking you to consider donating $28 this year -- and every penny of the money raised will go directly to fund clean water projects in developing nations. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll be able to see the communities we've helped!

My goal is to raise $2800 by my birthday, March 6th.
