HEARTS HAVE BEEN IGNITED! THIS YEAR, YOU RAISED $71,432 TO GIVE ACCESS TO CLEAN WATER TO PEOPLE LIVING WITHOUT IT!
Those funds are now being sent to the field. That means roughly 2,381 people will have clean water soon! And our journey continues through 2015, raising funds for clean water projects in Africa. 748 million people still do not have access to clean water. Let’s change that!
Clean water changes everything. When a community gets access to clean water, it can change just about everything. It can improve health, increase access to food, grow local economies and help kids spend more time in school.
Students at Henderson Bay High School's Interact Club have done some pretty amazing things to raise money for clean water. And people are thinking of new things to do every day. What will you do?
Gig Harbor Gives has the audacious goal of raising $1 million so that communities our size, about 30,000 people, will have clean, fresh, sparkling water!
JOIN THE EFFORT! BE A PART OF A LITTLE WORLD CHANGING! YOUR SMILE WILL GROW BIGGER!
