Wash Away Thirst is a community of professional car washes, associations, vendors, and clean car enthusiasts joining together to raise money for clean water. There are still over 600 million people in the world who don’t have access to clean water. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.
We are asking you to partner with us by making a donation to our campaign and by asking others in your network to join you!
100% of the money donated will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
Please join us this year in helping Wash Away Thirst!
Wash Away Thirst has sponsored 2 projects in Segue, Mali and Bar-Kiliti, Uganda and partially funded 5 projects.
