TVMS Talent Show for Clean Water!

Read Mission Statement

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

Thomas Viaduct Middle School in Howard County, Maryland is starting this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and we are looking for anyone who can help us. All of the proceeds from this year's talent show and fundraising efforts will be donated to the campaign!!

Please donate to our campaign!! Anything you can give is a huge help...even giving up a few fancy coffees and donating the money could save lives! Our goal is to raise $3500.00, which will provide access to clean water for 100 people!

Also, please share this with anyone and everyone...the more people learn about this, the more people will understand why we all need to help these people!

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.

Diseases from unsafe water and lack of basic sanitation kill more people every year than all forms of violence, including war. Your donation will help change that.

Private donors cover our operating cost so that 100% of all public donations can go directly to water project costs.
