On Saturday June11 is Global Wellness day. I am embracing this date to launch a campaign ‘do or die’ in support of water conservation and donating to support bringing water to those who don’t have.
Clean water is essential to life, if we don’t do something, millions will die and charity: water has made it their mission to bring clean water to families in need throughout the world. Last year after visiting ISPA, I was exposed to the great need which others had without access to water which we often take for granted. As even when we have no water in our pipes, a stream, river or the sea is within a short walking or driving distance.
Diseases from unsafe water and lack of basic sanitation kill more people every year than all forms of
violence, including war.
Please join the effort -- anything you can give is a huge help. I started with $1. I figure each month I could give another $5 My goal is to encourage others to support this cause so that together we can make a meaningful donation of at least $500 before the end of the year.
