I'm currently 15 years old.
That's quite surprising to many people on the internet, because they come to know me solely from my rocket-science-based YouTube videos of the game Kerbal Space Program. The deep British voice gives people an image of someone much older, it seems.
So, likely under the illusion that they've been listening to an adult commentate a video game, my YouTube channel has grown phenomenally in the past few months- and as a result I feel a need to do some good with my audience.
It's a fact that more people die from drinking dirty water than all forms of violence, as stated on the front Charity Water's website, and aiming to reduce that, in my opinion, is a worthy cause to back.
If you'd back it with me, maybe we can do some good.
The Kerbal Polar Expedition, as you might imagine, is a journey all the way from the Kerbal Space Centre to the centre(ish) of the North Pole of Kerbin.
All done inside the video game Kerbal Space Program, this event is a series of 3-hour, livestreamed sessions to drive that distance.
The event starts on Monday 5th and end Friday 9th of August 2013, with the livestreams taking place between the hours of 12pm and 3pm GMT.
We'll be livestreaming here: http://www.twitch.tv/HOCgaming and promoting this Charity Water campaign as we do.
Thanks for the support, and make sure to donate!
