Why HOC gaming is fundraising for clean water

This is Harv's second annual KSP Charity event, where we'll endeavour once more to drive a buggy to the North Pole!

.
Ladies and Gentlemen, allow me to present the Kerbal Polar Expedition 2!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mIa8_nIeks

This is the second of our annual charity livestream events , where we endeavour to drive a buggy all the way from the Kerbal Space Centre to the North Pole of the planet Kerbin in the game Kerbal Space Program whilst raising money for “Charity: Water” - an organisation committed to providing sources of clean water to those who are in dire need of it.

Last year, on the very first Polar Expedition, we raised $10,723 over the course of 5 consecutive days of 4 hour livestreams – with the help of my prestigious co-hosts, including (but not limited to) EnterElysium, GoldFish, and TheSolarGamer - who will all, hopefully, be returning once again alongside some characters new to the event.

This year's KPE2 is going to be bigger, better, and probably feature just as many colossal crashes as last years' did. But, to actually reach the North Pole, we're going to need your support all the way through.
You can watch the event live on Twitch, catch up with it afterwards on YouTube, buy Kerbal Polar Expedition Merchandise, and donate directly through our fund-raising campaign here on Charity: Water.

100% of all the money raised through ad-revenue, merchandise and donations throughout the duration of the 5-day livestream event will be used to fund a clean water project in a developing country. And, once we pass our goal of $10,724 dollars, I'll be turning on my face-cam for the first time ever. Ever wondered what HOCgaming looks like? Well, here's the chance to find out.

Broadcasting live from http://www.twitch.tv/HOCgaming , every day from Wednesday August 6th to Sunday August 10th - we'll be driving North, from:

5pm - 9pm BST
6pm - 10pm CEST
12pm - 4pm EDT
9am - 1pm PDT
2am - 6am AEST (starting Aug 7th for Australia)

So cancel your flights and engrave those dates into your calendar – this is not something you'll want to miss.

Thanks, and I'll see you there.
