Water. . . We dive into it, float on it, and relax by it. We wash our cars, our bodies, and our clothes with it. We have ice cubes, ice skating, ice sculptures, and even ice lounges. We DRINK all the clean refreshing water we want, and we don't think twice about it.
Not everyone has this luxury. Kids are forced to hike for miles for water that comes from mud holes filled with disease, and it is killing them.
So here I go again. . . This is my 4th year of using my birthday to raise awareness and funds for Charity Water. I hope you are as excited as I am for the opportunity to make a difference in this world!
This month I am turning 51, and instead of gifts, I am shamelessly asking everyone I know to contribute to Charity:Water to help those in need. Please give what you can- even $5.00 will make a difference! And 100% of your contribution goes directly to helping people get water!
